New Brunswick's Building Trades Unions President, Jean Marc Ringuette, on behalf of the New Brunswick Building trade Unions and all its affiliate Construction Unions is pleased to present a cheque for $10,000.00 to The Joshua Group in support of their campaign to purchase a new bus for the children. We appreciate all the hard work and dedication of the volunteers making our communities better for the next generation.
The New Brunswick Building Trades Unions is proud to support Workers 4 Wishes. (W4W)
W4W is a registered charity that is dedicated to granting wishes to children in New Brunswick, who face life-threatening illness. We were originally comprised of volunteers from the local building trades unions as well as family & friends. In time we added community partners from local business across Saint John. We take pride in working personally with the child and family to create custom wishes. Because W4W is run by volunteers, funds raised can go directly to donating wishes.
Visit their website https://workers4wishes.com/ or find them on Facebook
Today we made the final drop off of cheques to Romero House in Saint John. A well run and much needed institution that serves hot meals everyday to the less fortunate in the city.
New Brunswick Building Trade Unions and their affiliate Unions raised in excess of $10,000 toward their upgrade of equipment.
Thank you
Jean-Marc Ringuette
President
